Saturday dinner

To round off day 1 (Saturday) with style, we want to invite everyone interested in joining us for dinner at the NordCon Aalborg premises. We will be getting a nice buffet from a local caterer, in what could be considered a classic Danish selection of food! (The food will be served chilled, so the buffet is "cold" - hoping it will make for a nice contrast to the summer temperatures.)

The menu will consist of:

• Selection of trout (steamet trout with shrimp, asparagus and assorted - with bread)
• Chicken salad (roasted chicken breast in crunchy roasted salad with Balsamico)
• Veal roasted with nuts
• Pork chops marinated in red wine
• Salad buffet with two selections of dressing
• Pasta salad
• Icecream cake

Price: 140,- DKK / 18.90 EUR per seating.

Book your seats at the time that you register. If you have already registered for the convention but decide in arrears that you would like to take part in the Saturday dinner, please contact one of the organizers. We will fit you in if we have any seats left.

Please note:

• This menu is pre-determined. We cannot modify it.
• If you are in doubt about allergic reactions to this food (i.e. lactose intolerance or allergies to nuts), then we recommend that you might skip this. As stated above, we cannot modify this menu.
• Since this is a buffet, and there is one or more certain dishes that you may not want, there should be enough of the other dishes to keep everyone fed.
• Drinks are not included in the price, but we will be offering non-alcoholic beverages only at very reasonable prices at the dinner.
• Should you chose not to pariticpate, there are still plenty of good and varied dining places all around the town.
• We have limited seating available (some 45-50 seats), so best reserve your dinner seat as soon as possible.
• We reserve to right to cancel the dinner for any reason, with full money-back guarantee.
