For the NTFA NordCon 2010, we decided last fall that we would go to Denmark. Scouting for premisis, we found - what we like to think - the perfect location in the newly-erected area called "the DaVinci Park" in Aalborg, nothern Jutland. With it's distinct semi-futuristic architechture, open green areas and peaceful surroundings, we immediately reserved the community hall here. The community hall is located in the grey overpass section on the picture in the middle-right area.

The precise address for this year's NordCon convention is:

Please be aware of the following when visiting NordCon 2010:

• Strict no-smoking rule inside the building. You can, however, smoke outside, but not in all areas. Please see the posted guides once you arrive to make sure where it is allowed to smoke.
  
• Strict no-alcohol rule. We will not allow any kind of alcohol on the premisis. Any evidence or suggestions of bringing alcohol of any kind to the event will result in an immediate banishment with no reimbursement of tickets etc. We have to do this as this is both an event with underage people attending who are not allowed to drink alcohol, while also wanting to keep a general family-friendly atmosphere throughout the event. After all, this is about a toyline.
  
• No animals allowed. Unless they are a necessity (seeing-eye dogs); please contact us beforehand if that is the case.
  
• There is a lift up from ground level to accomodate wheelchairs and larger items; the community hall is on the 3rd floor.
  
• We will be selling soft-drinks from the reception throughout the whole weekend. No price has been set yet, nor have we agreed on a selection, but we want to offer an easily accessible means of getting refreshments at a decent price.
  
• There is a convenient store/supermarket very near by, that will accept Visa and Mastercard for those needing extra cash or just some extra candy during the weekend. It is called "Fakta" and is open FRI 09:00-20:00 and SAT+SUN 09:00-18:00.
